Our little princess

We like to call Torrie our little princess. It's very interesting to me how different she is from Torsten. She is very into her clothes, shoes, hair, etc. Every day she asks me if she can wear her pretty yellow dress, which is her favorite. If it's not available, she'll pick some other "pretty" outfit from her drawer and request that. She also has requests for her favorite shoes, socks, and hair bows. Torsten couldn't care less what he wears on any given day, and he wears whatever we hand him.

Our little Torrie seems to be growing up more every day. She is expressing herself very clearly in complete sentences. She also knows her shapes and colors and can count to ten. She still loves to sing and keeps getting better at it. I've heard her sing a few songs that I didn't even teach her, so I'm not sure where she heard them.

Her latest accomplishment is that she used her potty for the first time yesterday. She was quite proud of herself, and of course we were proud of her too. Hopefully it will become a trend that will continue.
