New school term

Tomorrow the students will arrive again for their next school term. Thor will begin teaching on Tuesday, so his life will get busier again. My schedule isn't really any different if school is in session or not.

We are sometimes able to get strawberries here. This is a recipe we tried this week and found it to be delicious and nutritious.

Strawberry Sorbet

2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
5 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool. Mix all ingredients together in blender and puree until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream freezer or place in freezer and stir periodically while it freezes.
