Torrie's new bed
Torrie has recently decided that she is too grown up to sleep in a crib anymore, and she prefers a big bed. When we tried to put her in her crib, she would protest and say "bed, bed". So, this past week we got another twin bed for her, that we are borrowing from another family. She is very happy to be able to sleep in her big girl bed now. This should work out well, as it will free up the crib for the new baby. Torrie is too little to get in and out of her new bed by herself, which is nice, because it makes her stay put when she is put to bed.
Torrie has now learned to say and point to her eyes, ears, nose, head, tummy, etc. She also has learned to say the sounds of many animals. Her favorite story right now is "Is Your Mama a Llama?", which we read to her over and over.
Torsten's favorite book is his preschool Bible. He is very fascinated by the Bible stories in it and asks lots of questions about them.
